Walt Disney once said “There is more treasure in books than in all the pirate’s loot on Treasure Island” and we sure agree. Our bookshelves are filled and stacked with books, written by wise people on visual communication, presentation design, graphic visualizations and our bookshelves – physical as well as digital – are constantly updated and refilled. Books guide us, inspire us and give us a reason to take a break and constantly learn something new. In Swedish the words for “wise” and “book” rhymes. Not that having many books necessarily makes you wise, but the chances do increase. If you read them that is.
