No innocent bystander has ever died from a PowerPoint. But many have probably fallen asleep. Poor PowerPoint for being accused of the crime of killing people, when in reality it’s a beautifully crafted software with (all most) all the tools ready to create beautiful communication. Just like you can’t blame word for a bad novel, you can’t blame PowerPoint for a bad presentation. We spend four, six years at universities and colleges to carefully get skilled for our future profession, but we don’t spend a single class in how to use properly use PowerPoint, Keynote, SlideRocket, Google Presently, Impress, Prezi or any other presentation tool for that matter. Good things there are a few of us who spent the mandatory 10 000 hours of carefully learning the tweaks and tricks of these tools.
