Watching a keynote through sketchnotes

Craighton Berman made sketchnotes during the Internet Week – follow along as he draws while listening to Nicholas Kristof’s keynote. You don’t even have to listen to the keynote, but can enjoy the music and follow along and “hear” what Kristof says.

Visualization of Daniel Pink’s Drive: The surprising truth about what motivates us

RSA Animate, has adapted and visualized Daniel Pink’s thoughts in “Drive: The surprising truth about what motivates us”. It’s the perfect match – Daniel Pink’s nice narration, wise thoughts and RSA Animate’s great way of visualization. Note how they actually use a lot of words and text – and it works great in combination with the narration.

You can see – and – read what you’re hearing.

White board visualization | Jeremy Rifkin at RSA Animate

TED is a great source of inspiration in all forms. This is an interesting speech by the bestselling author and social thinker Jeremy Rifkin “Can we reach biosphere consciousness and global empathy in time to avert planetary collapse?” – presented by making visualizations on white board – in only black and red. A great example on when visualizations of complex concepts become more comprehensible.
